A small in size, black/brown/white, intact male, elderly, Beagle type dog was found running loose down Bryants Corner Road in Hartly, DE, 19953. The dog was found wearing a light blue / teal collar and leash with no tags or ID information. The Beagle type also does not have a microchip.
